From your scenic perch overlooking the scenic main Marina or the Bay, watch boats coming and going from your large screened balcony. Watch dolphins playing, manatees feeding, and wonderful sunsets over the marina. Approximately 800 square feet of comfortable space for island living. Marina Villas make an ideal island vacation retreat for families and larger parties. Features two separate bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen.

Located at the south end of the resort, the Bayside Villas are a short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and markets. The Captiva Landing Marina, right next door, is the perfect jumping-off point for a day out on the water with a fishing charter or boat rental. It’s also close to a trolley stop.

Located in the middle of the Resort, the 3 Bedroom Gulf Cottage offers unparalleled access to the natural sand beach and warm Gulf waters. Spacious, 1500 square foot accommodations have three separate bedrooms (with one upstairs in a loft open to the living area), three bathrooms, living room, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large screened balcony–making them ideal for families and larger parties

Located at the south end of the Resort, the Tennis Villas are a short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The loft style, 1200 square foot Villa, decorated in shade of blues echoing the Gulf, includes two separate bedrooms with a luxurious king in the master second story open loft bedroom and 2 twin beds in the downstairs second bedroom.
