Overview

Long Beach Mauritius sets itself apart with its contemporary, light-filled suites that all have a private terrace or balcony. Located on the untamed east coast of Mauritius, this five-star resort has four impressive swimming pools as well as a picture-perfect beach and an unspoilt coral reef and it is perfect for a Mauritius holiday experience in 2026/2027. There are 255 suites which look out on either lush tropical gardens, the pools or the white-sand beach.

The resort is equally suited for couples and families. Youngsters are well looked after, with clubs for both children and teens; kids’ activities range from painting and archery to water sports and crab fishing. The spa offers bespoke child-friendly treatments, and four of the resort’s five restaurants offer children’s menus.

Long Beach makes an ideal base for a golfing getaway. Guests can make free use of both Anahita Golf Club and the world-famous Ile Aux Cerfs golfing island, to which the resort provides free land and boat transfers. The kids can also get involved, as the resort has a Junior Golf offering. Other activities available include kayaking, tennis, badminton, fitness classes, and even bee hive farming.

A spa nestled amongst tropical gardens has a spacious hammam, a beauty parlour, nine single and two double treatment rooms, plus a double treatment room with a Japanese spa bath.

The on-site dining options at Long Beach a Sun Resort include an international buffet, an Italian, Asian fusion, and an adults-only Japanese place with a dramatic setting. There are also two separate bars with comfy outdoor seating and stunning ocean views.
