Ortea Palace Luxury Hotel

The Ortea Palace Luxury Hotel is a magnificent building from the early 1900s which for many years was the Palazzo delle Poste in Syracuse. Located in the historic center of the city, it overlooks the splendid Porto Piccolo on the island of Ortigia, a few steps from the most important monuments, restaurants, cafes and boutiques.   Ideal for a business trip, it has an internal view that ensures total privacy and complete relaxation. Elegantly furnished and equipped with all the necessary comforts, it is a small jewel of light and intimacy.  

   

  

• Deluxe Duplex

  Comfortable, quiet and bright rooms spanning two floors. They feature a partial sea view. Equipped with a large walk-in closet, they have a spacious sitting area and an elegant breakfast table or desk. The marble bathroom on the lower floor is large and comfortable, the one on the upper floor, also in marble, has a shower.

  

• Deluxe

  Spacious and comfortable rooms that feature a partial view of the port of Ortigia and the city. Equipped with an elegantly finished large wardrobe, a table/desk in fine wood and luxury furnishings. 

  

• Deluxe Duplex

  Comfortable, quiet and bright rooms spanning two floors. They feature a partial sea view. Equipped with a large walk-in closet, they have a spacious sitting area and an elegant breakfast table or desk. The marble bathroom on the lower floor is large and comfortable, the one on the upper floor, also in marble, has a shower.

• Junior Suite Duplex

  Their refined and elegant style makes these rooms unique and very comfortable. The sleeping area on the top floor has an bathtub with a view and a fine marble bathroom. Downstairs is a delightful living room with a table/desk, a beautiful sofa with a sophisticated fabric, a comfortable and elegant armchair and walk-in closet. The downstairs bathroom is also made of marble and features a shower. The bathroom faucets of this type of room as well as all the others are by Philìppe Starck, while the bathroom fixtures are by Villeroy & Boch.

  

• Junior Suite Duplex with sea view

  With a splendid view of the sea, these suites feature an elegant and refined style. The marble bathroom on the lower floor is large and comfortable, and has a shower. The living room on this floor consists of an exquisite wooden desk, a sofa and chair in beautiful fabrics and a breakfast table. A large walk-in closet completes the room decor of this room with a view. The marble bathroom on the upper floor offers a bathtub with a view. 

  

• Suite Duplex with sea view

  Located on the 1st and 2nd floor, all have a lovely sea view. Spanning two floors, they have a living room with a sofa and elegant marble tables, a large wardrobe, a breakfast table and four elegant chairs on the lower floor. The bathroom has a shower and features fine marble. The sleeping area on the top floor has an bathtub with a view and a marble bathroom. 

  

• Executive Junior Suite

  Located on the third floor of the hotel, these suites are spacious, very bright, feature balconies, and have an enchanting sea view. They offer refined furnishings, an exquisite marble bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. As in the other rooms, the faucets and fittings are by Philippe Starck and Villeroy & Boch. Completing the room is an elegant living room with desk, table, chairs and finely upholstered sofa, as well as a wardrobe entirely handmade by expert craftsmen. 

  

• Presidential Suite

  The presidential suites are also located on the top floor of the hotel, and are composed of a living room with sofa and armchairs, refined and unique furnishings, a breakfast table and elegant chairs. The walls feature compact sandstone characteristic of the Syracuse area. The large and very comfortable bathroom is in fine marble. They offer spacious sleeping area with an enchanting sea view, making them unique and exclusive. 

  

• Tower Suite

  The Tower Suites are the largest and most spacious rooms in the hotel, and reflect an unmistakable style with fine furniture and unique details. The Tower Suites have the possibility of having a connecting room that can be used for board meetings. A staircase leads to the upper floor where a large walk-in closet, a tub with a view and a marble bathroom are located, which make them unique, unmistakable and exclusive.
