Voting Period: The voting period runs from June 24, 2024, 00:01 GMT to September 29, 2024, 23:59 GMT.
Winner Selection Process: The winners are selected through a blind draw process. Here’s how it works:
Vote Submission: When you submit your vote, your entry is assigned a unique reference number.
Prize List Storage: The prize list is kept in a separate file.
Random Draw: After the voting period closes, a random number generator is used to assign numbers to each prize from the prize list.
Matching Process: These randomly assigned numbers are then matched with the unique reference numbers in the voter database to determine the winners.
Winner Notification: The prize provider will be informed of the winners' details, and the British Travel Awards will notify the winners via their registered email addresses during the week commencing October 7, 2024.
Prize Arrangement: The prize arrangement is between the prize provider (not the British Travel Awards) and the prize winner.
