Overview

Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge is located on a towering terracotta escarpment and offers panoramic views over the waters of Lake Manyara. The lodge offers 67 double bedrooms and one luxurious suite. The rooms are set in circular, double-storey, white-washed rondavels. Meals are served daily in a spacious dining room that features an interior bar area and a central buffet with both inside and outside seating. A breakfast and lunch buffet are presented, while the dinner menu features a salad buffet, soup, an entrée, pudding, cheese and biscuits and tea and coffee. A romantic bush dinner can be arranged on request for honeymoon couples. The hotel also offers an eternity pool with a poolside bar for guests' enjoyment. Activities include mountain biking, canoeing and forest walks, while cultural choices include tours of the neighbouring villages and dance displays by the local Iraqw and Sukuma people.

Breakfast and lunch : Breakfast and lunch are presented in buffet-style and feature a wide range of international choices. In typical safari style, They offer a ‘full English Breakfast'.
Bush dining : They are expert in arranging breakfasts, lunches, dinners and cocktails in the bush. They have a number of dedicated sites, which are typically presented with tables, ‘bush bar'.
Bar :It offers a broad selection of old- and new-world wines, and local and imported beers and spirits. They offer a wide range of soft drinks including an array of freshly-made local fruit juices.
