The 5 rooms, numbers 1-5, walk out onto the garden, while the other 5, numbers 6-10 are situated on the first floor. These 5 rooms all have balconies with garden views. The standard bedrooms all have ¾ twin beds and can be made up as a king on request. Rooms are with shower only. Stair access only.

Slightly smaller than the standard bedrooms, situated on the first floor in the main house. En-suite bathroom with shower. No balcony, but has lovely mountain views and looks over Hermanus town. Queen bed. Stair access only.

Rooms 14-16 are situated around the pool and only have views of the pool area. The standard bedrooms all have ¾ twin beds. Rooms are with shower only. Stair access only.

These 2 rooms are situated in the main house with ¾ twin beds, en-suite bathrooms with showers, full lounge suite, balconies and view over Walker Bay. Stair access only. The rooms are very spacious.

This suite is situated at the pool area and on Harbour Road, with bistro Frances below. It is only self-catering unit and consists of ¾ twin beds, en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, separate lounge with a wood-burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and stunning sea view from living room balcony. Stair access only. Not recommended for noise-sensitive guests.
