Fine Food & Fast Cars

Your first stop will be a family-run acetaia (vinegar cellar), where you will learn about the long process of producing Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Take a private tour of its ageing lofts, where the vinegar is aged in barrels for years or even decades, then enjoy a tasting of the final product.

Next, visit a traditional producer of Parmigiano-Reggiano and tour the various production areas, from the milk heaters to the drying, salting and ageing rooms. Learn about the strict regulations that govern the production of this famous hard cheese. As part of rich brunch, sample four different ageings of the cheese, paired with other local gourmet produce and a glass of Lambrusco.

Continue to the hills of Maranello for a self-guided visit of the Ferrari Museum. Learn about the history of this legendary Italian brand and see the museum’s huge collection of vintage and modern cars.
